Overview

WellCentive offers comprehensive preventative care and chronic disease management solutions and services for physicians, physician organizations, health plans, RHIO´s, researchers, and government agencies.

WellCentive systems can be used at the point-of-care and can be interfaced with lab, hospital, billing, clinical data repository, RHIO, EMR, and payer information systems.

WellCentive systems offer a comprehensive set of reporting tools that allow the user to generate a wide variety of standard and user-specified reports in a host of formats, including charts, graphs, and gauges.

WellCentive offers preventative care and chronic disease management services, including custom inbound and outbound interface development, clinical and/or administrative data collection and aggregation from disparate sources, Single Sign On development, and WellCentive Enterprise Solutions.

WellCentive is integrated with the DrFirst e-prescribing system, and Single Sign On capability makes e-prescribing with DrFirst from within the WellCentive system a user-friendly process. Prescription and fill data is sent from DrFirst to the WellCentive registry database where it can be used for reporting purposes and to identify medication related care improvement opportunities, including dose optimization and generic prescribing possibilities.
