WellCentive Helps the Westshore Health Network Win National Award

The Westshore Health Network (WHN), which has been a WellCentive reference site and customer since 2006, recently won a Trinity Health-wide award for excellence and innovation for its implementation and use of the WellCentive patient registry system.

WHN is part of Mercy General Health Partners, which is a member of Trinity Health. Trinity Health is one of the largest hospital systems in the United States, and WHN's presentation of its implementation and use of the WellCentive patient registry at a recent annual Trinity Health conference won the Trinity Health Excellence and Innovation Award for Outstanding Achievement in Physician Alignment.

WHN's presentation focused on its use of the WellCentive system to improve its population management capabilities and physician performance incentive programs for both its employed and independent physicians. WHN's presentation demonstrated improvement in office operations, clinical outcomes, and physician performance incentive program returns.
