Text to Voice capabilities allow each office to have complete control over the content of its outreach calls. Customizable Reminders allow your office to apply standard HEDIS measures to your patient data or to configure your own reminder criteria. Patient Identification capability allows the system to confirm whether it has contacted the correct person before it delivers any reminder information. Call Forwarding allows the system to connect the patient with your office at any time during a call. Voice Recognition allows the system to be configured to recognize spoken words for use with the Patient Identification and Call Forwarding features.
